The turn of the century former Alling & Cory Paper Warehouse building was transformed into a state of the art downtown Buffalo student living facility. The project converted the six story high rise into a 91 unit, 290 bed, loft style apartment complex. Each unit is fully furnished, has full kitchens and bathrooms - with contemporary, cool exposed ceilings and material finishes. Each floor has common areas and study rooms for social gathering. located on the ground floor is the first downtown Wilson Farms store. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places and took advantage of state & federal Historic Tax Credits, as well as tax breaks under the Erie County Industrial Agency’s Pilot Program.
